Small Business Saturday looks a bit different this year thanks to the pandemic which is killing thousands of people. Kona Stories is incredibly grateful this year to still be in business serving the Kona community. We are honored to be recognized by Dan Rather who has selected us for his Indie bookstore choose for Hawaii! Follow him on Twitter to see the posts about Kona Stories at: Dan Rather
This year our live Grinch is replaced with a Blow up Grinch outside the store but you will still have fun taking your photo and posting on Instagram. If you tag us @konastories you will be entered into the weekly drawing to win a $25 gift certificate to the store.
We are on track to raise $20,000 in donations which support our Education Drive getting educational and STEM toys into the hands of the at risk students on our Island.
This community has supported us while we were closed by ordering on our website. We have now passed the 1000 mark for online orders through our website: Kona Stories Please continue us this site for orders – you can choose to pick up at the store with free shipping or deliver directly to your home.
Please come see us – stay safe – wear a mask – social distance and we look forward to seeing you on or around Small Business Saturday.
Kona Stories will be open from 10AM – 6PM and is celebrating 14 years in business and 10 years at the Keauhou Shopping Center.
